Fanny Geoffrion obtained a Masters degree in political science at the Université de Montréal. With her MA thesis, that can be consulted here, she sought to clarify the meaning of populism and its characteristics. She holds a BA in journalism from the Université du Québec à Montréal and has previously worked in communications for the government of Québec. She currently works as a journalist for CBC.
