Victor Percoco obtained a Masters degree in public and international affairs at the Université de Montréal. Following an internship at the U.S. Consulate General, Victor’s master’s report sought to gain insight on the impact of partisan polarization on U.S. public diplomacy. He holds a BA in Political Science from McGill University and currently studies Graphic Design & Visual Experiences at UQAM’s School of Design, while working as a freelance brand strategist and designer.
